Τhis duplex apartment is characterized by the purity of its lines and volumes, the extroversion given to it by its large openings, and the breeziness of the water elements in the surrounding area. The aim of the construction is the ergonomics of the interiors, while from an aesthetic point of view the minimalist mood with touches of boho style in the interior decoration, in combination with the earthy colors, ensure the tenants harmony and relaxation. It was built in 2008-10 and bears the signature of ISV and Prokaki Architects.
