Avant-garde project of our company in collaboration with the starchitect of the era Takis Zenetos, built in 1970 – 1972. Simple/straight volumes and form, functional layouts, Béton Brut, pilotis, extensive use of glass facades, use of gypsum boards and light dry brickwork demonstrate among others the influence of the international modernist movement, Le Corbusier and Bauhaus, on the architect and our company in terms of design as well as construction methods.
Among other innovative elements applied in this project, it is the first time that composite pillars (concrete/ form steel) are used in Greece in order to achieve minimal cross section of
the pilotis pillars. The building comprises of 4 apartments and one ground floor maisonette with exclusive garden use.
